
Blue Orbit Space Systems is at the forefront of plasma-based propulsion, developing high-efficiency electric thrusters for the next generation of sustainable satellites. While their Hall Effect and air-breathing technologies were cutting-edge, their external brand presence did not reflect the maturity of their engineering. With Space Tech Expo Bremen approaching, they needed a complete design overhaul.
We came to help with a holistic design that connected the digital and physical worlds. We redesigned their logo, website and applied the new visual identity directly to the hardware. Working with their engineering team, we designed a new outer shell for their thrusters that balanced strict functional requirements with a sleek, modern aesthetic.
The engagement also included visionary concept art, a space plane utilizing their resistojet technology, to articulate their long-term roadmap. The result is a seamless brand experience: whether a customer is browsing the mobile-responsive website or inspecting a thruster unit on the expo floor, the design language communicates precision, reliability, and innovation.
